At Elumea Lighting Co, we're committed to making your lighting selection experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're lighting a single room or designing an entire home, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

We genuinely want you to love your lighting—and to feel confident coming back to us for years to come. While we aim for every order to go off without a hitch, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If issues arise, we’ll do our best to support you through it, including helping you navigate returns or warranty claims with care and clarity.

Below is a quick overview of our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with the item in “as new” condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Special order items may be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition and packaging with all parts and components included. These items are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Fixtures returned without proper packaging or not in “as new” condition may be refused or subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee, at Elumea Lighting Co’s discretion.

  • Order accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. Please review and confirm your order carefully. A signed confirmation or email approval is required before processing. This ensures the correct products are ordered on your behalf.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Product is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.  (Excluding light bulbs unless otherwise stated - for example LED bulbs and LED fixtures have differing warranties that vary between manufacturers).
The manufacturers warranty DOES NOT cover labor, material, charge backs or any additional costs that may occur for the removal and installation of the fixture or replacement parts. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only and that Elumea Lighting Co is not responsible for any labor incurred. Use of incorrect installation methods and/or bulb wattage will void the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly installed, misused, including improper maintenance, incorrect lamping or fluctuations directly relating to supply voltage. Failure to follow the installation instructions and location and use of the fixture including the use of harsh chemical cleaners or other such damage will void the warranty. If you have a warranty issue, please send photos and a brief description of the problem to info@elumealightingco.com and we will do our upmost to assist you.

Items not eligible for returns/credit include:

  • Any item that has been bought on Clearance - including showroom blowout models and inventory sale items.

  • Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way. (including cut/clipped wires.

  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.

  • Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials or parts required to resell fixture.

  • Large orders: (Orders containing 6 or more of a single item or orders with an invoice total greater than $500). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.

  • Light bulbs, parts, and shades.

  • Any item not purchased from Elumea Lighting Co, or Previously Pine Lighting Victoria.

  • Any Shipping and Handling charges.

  • Lamps supplied with fixtures are not warranted unless otherwise stated.
